The weather is getting warmer and that means more BBQs and get togethers with friends. That’s one of the perks of living in Southern California! The weather is always amazing and we have access to such incredible foods!
One of the things I love to eat and feel good eating is roasted vegetables. I loved this Blistered Brussels and Cauliflower recipe but decided to make it simpler by using a balsamic vinaigrette reduction sauce using equal parts balsamic vinaigrette, salsa verde, and adding sugar for taste. The LA VICTORIA® Salsa Verde gave the sauce the extra spice and kick to take it up a notch!
Since 1917, the bold and unique flavors of the LA VICTORIA® Brand have played a part in creating the culinary spirit of the West Coast. LA VICTORIA® Brand makes salsas and sauces inspired by the bold and unique Mexican-inspired foods and flavors of the West Coast.
To celebrate the 100 years of The LA VICTORIA® Brand, there are dinner events to showcase and celebrate the flavors of local chefs who exemplify the spirit. Check out the events in San Diego and Los Angeles here!
