Hi everyone! I’m back after taking a much needed break and I’ve got some exciting things to share with you! Over the weekend, I had the BEST NIGHT with some sweet blogger friends at Disneyland Resorts. Our friend Erin Ziering invited us to a Disney Girls Night Out and it was so much fun! There are always so many new and exciting things happening at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure so it was the perfect place for a GNO!
Nestled in the suburbs of Anaheim, about 20 miles away from Disneyland is Castle Peak and Thunder Railroad. Have you heard of it? If you haven’t, you are in for a treat! It’s a backyard garden and railroad that’s designed and constructed by architect David Sheegog!
In one word– it is AMAZING. I first found out about it from a mom friend who lives in the area and forgot about it until recently. He opens up his backyard on select weekends for people to come visit for free! View Post
Earlier this month, my daughter (A) and I attended Mickey’s Halloween Party. When tickets went on sale in the summer, I didn’t even attempt to buy tickets. We have annual passes so I didn’t think it was worth paying the extra money for tickets to the party. However, my friends from Treehouse Threads always make it point to come down every year for the party. They attend the first two parties every year! I was curious as to what all the fuss was about. So I decided to buy tickets. BUT when I finally made the decision to buy tickets, the last day sold out! View Post
On Friday, Oct. 19, I attended a media preview of the newly reimagined World of Disney at Downtown Disney! The official reopening is Oct. 26th but it will be open throughout the weekend and week. For over a year, they have been working on the design and development of the store to make it the ultimate shopping experience for guests! And you guys- it was AMAZING! I saw sections of the store (brick walls, wood floors,) as they were redesigning throughout the past year but seeing it all put together was absolutely incredible!!
If you’re a fan of Disneyland, then you know that Pixar Pier opened up earlier this summer! Pixar Pier is the newly developed board walk at Disney California Adventure Park. It’s divided into four “neighborhoods” and will delight you with everything you love about Pixar! My daughter and I have visited Pixar Pier quite a few times so we wanted to share with you some of our favorite family friendly things to do!
As you walk through the Pixar Pier marquee with it’s sparkling lights, you’ll be transported into the incredible world of Pixar from the little details above the pier to even the trashcans! Yes, you read that right- even the trashcans are magical!!
