American Girl has always been known for their amazing dolls and accessories as well as the incredible history and stories they tell. I knew I wanted to get one for A when she was older but wanted one that resembled her. I was so excited to read about the release of Z (short for Suzie) Yang who is actually Korean American!
For the past year, we’ve had the honor of collaborating together with Nuby USA. If you are not familiar with their company or their products, then you must head over to their website to take a look at all the amazing products they carry. From bath time, play time, to eating- Nuby has you covered and them some. They are always researching and designing innovative and functional products to make your life as a parent so much easier! We’ve had the opportunity to use many of their products and we’ve loved them!
Some of our favorite mealtime products are the Miracle Mat Placemat, Sure Grip Bowl and Stainless Steel Utensils. We love how the miracle mat is divided so that I can put different types of food in each section. The best part of both of these products is that once it’s on the table, they don’t budge. My daughter doesn’t try to throw her plate or bowl off the table anymore but she does sometimes knock things down accidentally. The utensils are easy to hold and comes in fun colors! As a parent, I can rest easy knowing that her dinner or snacks will stay on the table.
Last night, we were able to attend the opening night performance of Disney on Ice: Dream Big at the Long Beach Arena. This was our second time attending a Disney on Ice show and it was as amazing as the last one. We had an incredible time watching the amazing acrobatics and phenomenal skating. Plus, who doesn’t love Disney Princesses?
The performance is divided into two parts with a short 15 minute intermission. Disney on Ice: Dream Big tells the stories of some our most beloved Disney princesses and how their dreams came true. The show is filled with special effects, amazing skating and acrobatics on skates! Tinker Bell, Mickey, Minnie and even Goofy all make an appearance! View Post
It’s that time of year again! The Boysenberry Festival is back at Knott’s Berry Farm to delight your taste buds with over 70 unique boysenberry inspired food, drinks and more! It’s going on from now until April 23rd.
What exactly is a boysenberry? It’s a cross between a red raspberry, blackberry and logan berry. It was created by Rudolph Boysen. Did you know that every boysenberry can be traced back to Walter Knott and his berry farm? He brought some struggling bushes back to his farm and by 1934 had a huge crop of boysenberries which became very popular!
